How do I book a charter?

You can use the check availability page to request a specific date via email or you may go to the contact page to text or call us via WhatsApp. We will contact you to confirm your booking.

What time do we arrive for our charter?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. For example, arrive at 7:45am for the morning charter leaving at 8am.

Do you provide transportation to the boat?

We are happy to arrange transportation to and from the boat. This is an additional cost and will depend on your location. Send us an email if you would like us to assist with transportation and we will contact you to finalize the details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellations less than 48 hours will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.

In the event you need to cancel your charter please contact us by whatsapp or email to cancel your booking.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own towel and sunscreen (not aerosol), any special food or drinks, and a camera.

Is there a restroom on the yacht?

We have 2 restrooms on the boat for your use.

What type of payment do you take?

We accept credit cards.

Does the Yacht have music?

Our vessel is outfitted with a stereo, speakers and can be hooked into Bluetooth from your phone.

Do you have Wifi?

We offer free Wifi while on board the Yacht.

What happens if it rains?

Costa Rica is tropical with weather conditions that can vary depending on the season of your travel. In the event that we do need to cancel your charter, you will be contacted to reschedule in order to give you The Best Day Ever!
